Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all locations across India, including:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Towns and rural areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • Union Territories

Areas We Don’t Ship To

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Military/Defense establishments (due to security restrictions)
  • International addresses (coming soon)

Processing Time

Order Processing

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day
  • Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day

  • Generate shipping labels

Delivery Process

At the Time of Delivery

  • Inspection: You can inspect the package for damage
  • Signature: Delivery confirmation signature required
  • Refused Delivery: Inform us immediately if you refuse delivery

If You’re Not Available

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • SMS/call notification before delivery
  • Package may be held at local courier office
  • Contact courier to reschedule delivery

Address Requirements

Provide Complete Address

Please ensure your address includes:

  • Complete name of recipient
  • House/Flat number and building name
  • Street name and area
  • Landmark (if available)
  • City, State, and PIN code
  • Contact phone number

Address Changes

  • Before Shipping: Contact us to update address
  • After Shipping: Contact courier directly (may incur charges)
  • Incorrect Address: Additional charges may apply for redelivery

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos of the package and product
  2. Note the damage on delivery receipt
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at enquiry.ramdhaanya@gmail.com
  4. We’ll arrange a replacement (Note: We do not offer refunds, only product replacements)

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors and building security
  2. Verify delivery address
  3. Contact courier service
  4. Notify us within 48 hours
  5. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost

Important: In cases of damaged, defective, or lost products, we provide replacements only. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.

International Shipping
