Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy:
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at enquiry.ramdhaanya@gmail.com
- After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product as per our return policy.
- Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
How to Cancel

- Call our customer service during business hours
- Use the “Cancel Order” option in your account dashboard (if available)
Replacement Policy
Important Notice: We do not offer refunds for any products. Instead, we provide product replacements for eligible cases as outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Damaged Products: Products received in damaged condition
- Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong Items: If we shipped an incorrect product
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order
- Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging (unopened for food safety)
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Opened or used food products (due to health and safety regulations)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
- Products ordered by mistake (change of mind)
- Products beyond the 7-day replacement window
Replacement Process
- Contact Us: Email us at enquiry.ramdhaanya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and photos showing the issue
- Review: We’ll review your request within 24-48 hours
- Approval: Once approved, we’ll arrange for product replacement
- Return (if needed): We may request you to return the product for inspection
- Replacement Shipment: New product will be shipped within 3-5 business days
Shipping Charges for Replacements
- Damaged/Defective Products: We cover all shipping costs (return and replacement)
- Wrong Item Sent: We arrange free return pickup and replacement shipping
- Customer Error: No replacements provided for orders placed by mistake
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiry.ramdhaanya@gmail.com
- We’ll arrange for immediate replacement
- In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged product
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
Order Cancellation and Payment
No Refunds Policy: Please note that once payment is made and order is confirmed, we cannot process refunds. If you cancel an order before shipping, we can only offer store credit or replacement with a different product of equal value.
